Mount Diablo seen from Briones Regional Park, Contra Costa County, California. My local mountain. They say this peak, 20mi. east of San Francisco, has the greatest visual land basin (how much land you can see when looking from the summit) of anyplace on the planet, save Africa's Mount Kilimanjaro.
