Leave-In Condition, Regular Condition & Deep Condition…Often

Look For Products That Describe Your Specific Hair Texture

Avoid Mineral Oil

Drink Water

Use Essential Oils (such as Jojoba, Tea Tree and Sweet Almond)

Avoid Sodium Lauryl Sulfate or Laureth Sulfate

Use Coconut Oil

Use Olive Oil

Take Care With Moisture Leeches (such as wool and excessive sun)

Only Apply Hair Relaxer Every 6-8 Weeks

Only Color Your Hair At Least Two Weeks After Relaxing It

Deep Condition At Least Once A Week & After Any Chemical Service
