Are there enough encouragement, guidelines and long term plans in providing education initiative to assist in ensuring that new generations of Tanzanians in our schools across the country get access to HIV, sexuality and life skills education through extracurricular materials?

This is a very big challenging agenda to Parents who always support a modern type of education by allowing or agreeing watching their children adapt unusual habits when at home or away. Parents takes charge of paying a lot of money to send a child to school, but a negative response from children, like the above picture, gives a bad impression that, "MANY OF SCHOOL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YRS, ARE ENGAGING IN THIS KIND OF EDUCATION". 

This is a challenge to parents who are quite sure that their children are at school to learn or play the above kind of play.
