The Spain star was enjoying lunch in central London with team-mate and compatriot Fernando Torres when confusion reigned over the legality of his parking.
The issue was soon resolved, however, and Mata was more than happy to pose for a snap with the enforcement officer, who landed his own picture exclusive.
